The Ice Cream Truck From Hell

In case you needed more proof that this world is full of pathetic whining losers that need to get a life, here is a cheerful example for you.  This person must forget what it was like to be a child.  Think of someone besides yourself for 2 minutes a day IF THAT IS POSSIBLE.  This is truly pathetic.  This is a REAL news story:

Ice Cream Truck's Music Draws Ire

HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — Some neighborhood activists here are playing hardball with Mister Softee.

Ice cream trucks that dish out loud music like ``Turkey in the Straw'' along with the soft serves just aren't welcome in parts of Connecticut's capital.

``I can't stand it anymore,'' said Hyacinth Yennie, a South End community activist who has helped lead the charge against Mister Softee. ``Every night, it's the same songs, over and over. It drives you crazy.''

Officers have issued four citations for noise ordinance violations over the last two months to Mister Softee owner Felix Rios.

But Rios and his lawyer, Ron Johnson, aren't going to melt in the face of legal action.

``The way the city's noise ordinance is written is unconstitutional,'' Johnson said last week. ``The music coming from an ice cream truck is a time-honored tradition.''

Some residents said they just want the sound turned down, but others want it shut off altogether.

``You can't even have a conversation in your house once that truck comes down the street,'' said Wilbur Troutman.

The fact that the words "activist" and "ice cream truck" can appear in the same sentence just blows my mind!  If you know any of the people that are quoted in this article complaining about an ice cream truck then please, kick them.  Then tie them down and make them watch an entire episode of MTV's "Becoming."  That will give them something valid to have a problem with.
